School Safety Funding: New Solutions

Our Funding section brings you up-to-date information you can use in seeking grant opportunities and long-term school safety funding.

Although we will bring you announcements about grant opportunities from Federal and State agencies, or main focus will turn to helping you develop strategies to leverage Federal funding. We estimate that Federal dollars will need 4-to-1 matching in order to make schools as safe as they can possibly be. This means we must seek out new sources of funding such as public-private partnerships, joint research projects, and other alternatives that are still uncultivated.
