Michael Dorn believes that every school can be a safe, warm and supportive environment for children to grow and flourish. We all know that safety is a crucial issue for our schools, the children entrusted to their care and those who dedicate their lives to educating them. It would seem self-evident that teachers cannot perform their magic with children and children cannot learn to their best potential without a safe, calm and nurturing climate.
